First off, I'll mention that I am not very smart phone savy and am a very light user of my phone in general. I have a Ring home alarm and Motorola Moto E gen 2 smartphone. In the past 4-6 weeks, I rarely ever get notifications on my phone anymore when I arm or disarm my alarm system ...

Hi, I have an alarm system monitored by the Monitoring Center. I'd like to scrap my home phone line, as it's only real use is for the alarm. I've heard that the alarm signal can still be sent to the monitoring center even if I don't have a home phone subscription with Bell. Any truth to this? Thanks
