If houses sell around you for high are you safe
All the homes around me have sold for roughly 500,00 to 600,00 over assessment. ( Eagle mountain in bc Abbotsford) Which means im assuming that all homes in the area will be assessed in the spring of a much higher amount. So if house prices drop some, could I not still sell my home for a overinflate...

It's anomalous that house prices are going up. People think theses mansions are investments when they are essentially consumables. Misallocation of resources.
