I have seen a few videos where a Ramset was used to secure a top plate to the I-Beam in a basement. However I can’t tell which load they are using and if it’s a specific fastener. If I want to use a Ramset to attach a top plate which load + fastener do I need? ...

Wood to I-Beam
We had replaced a load bearing wall with an I-beam in the ceiling to make things more open. Am looking to just build a bulkhead to hide the i-beam. Since it's not really structural nor needs too much strength, can I simply glue the wood rails (2x2) ...

i-beam pull up bar for cheap?
... i don't want to risk scratching the paint or break the door frame. our basement is unfinished and was wonder if there are cheaper alternatives? i-beam pull up bars go over $150 and i'm not too much of a diy person, so building one for the i-beam is out of the question unless i'm super desperate. ...
