Anyone with a 15" 2011 Macbook Pro have their gpu fixed in Toronto?

can i sublet out the apartment that is in the rental building?
Is this usually allowed? I thought I was on month to month lease but apartment building superintendent informed me that I had actually signed a 12 month fixed lease renewal. and now have 8 month remaining. rent is really low because it is based off 3 years ago prices so i can probably sublet it out ...

Stores that buy used books and vinyl in Thornhill/TO?
Can anyone recommend some stores that buy used books and/or vinyl? I'm trying to help my mom downsize. Her albums are mainly all classical. She also has a bunch of Disney books that come with 33 1/3 records like this . Looking mainly for stores in the Thornhill/Richmond Hill area but TO is ok too.

Day Trip in Toronto - Starting from Union
