Anyone use Oxio for internet?What’s your experience like?

The title says it all. I have this modem (I'm not the seller), and I wonder which internet service I can use with this modem in canada. I haven't found any information so far. Let me know. So i'm changing ISP's but they both use the same cable wire - question is do I need to cancel the current service prior to plugging in the new modem or can i simply just plug and play right away and cancel my old ISP later?
