AC Compressor Clutch done...order just compressor or whole kit?

I pick up my new car Thursday and just noticed a "Pre-delivery expense" (PDI) of $895 on the invoice
My understanding of all-in pricing is that this is not allowed in Ontario. I double-checked, and this charge is over and above the MSRP advertised.What should I do? Do I email the dealership to have it removed?

Best way to just buyout a phone from bell/telus?
