My mom is a landlord. In order for her to file expenses on her tax return (ex. Paralegal expenses) do they need to be in her name or is it okay if I pay on her behalf?Im guessing as long as the receipt shows her name then doesnt matter who pays?

My landlord's address for both his driver's license AND corporation (rent receipts under his corporation) is the same as where I rent, but does not live at this address. Can I legally enter my LTB forms and documentation with this legal address or must I get his address where he resides?
