Exclusive Listings
Anyone know what the benefit of an exclusive listing would be to a seller? I've seen a couple of exclusive listings sit for sale for a long time in my neighbourhood. And this is in Richmond Hill, where nothing sits for a very long time.

Can I use duProprio forms for MLS listings in Quebec?
I didn't have an agent and visited a house myself. I was then told by the seller's agent that since the property was listed on MLS, I couldn't submit an offer to purchase using the duProprio form. He offered to be my agent and prepared the OACIQ form for me. Is it the case in Quebec?

Do all job listings on Indeed require paid sponsoring?
Every job listing I've posted so far gets flagged and the website requires me to pay for the listings to appear.Is anyone else experiencing this? Do only Americans get free postings?

Just wondering if there is a delay of new MLS listings being posted on Realtor.ca website for the public vs real estate agents. Do the real estate agents get the new listings ahead of the public?Thanks in advance

Mongohouse not showing all listings in Oshawa
