Withdraw RSP's in a low income year?
Is the thinking that one should withdraw funds from an RSP if you had low income for year?I know I'm going to pay at some point when I retire, but why not take it out now when I'm taxed at a very low rate and reinvest the funds.

Recommend: Dentist for a low-income senior?
My mom needs some dental work probably cleaning, extraction, root canal and denture or bridge. She is a low-income senior and has no insurance other than OHIP. We are shopping for an affordable dentist preferably in the downtown, East York, GTA area. Please recommend a dentist?Thanks

Rent Assist in Manitoba: Any other province offering help to low income 55+ renters?
The program may be called something else outside of Manitoba. Here they offer you financial assistance for rent if your income is low and you're over 55+. They don't usually care about any assets you have, unlike welfare. I was wondering if there are other provinces that also offer similar programs?...
