Make basement floor warmer

Is it normal for a house to make creaking/clicking noises during high wind?

Amazon massive delays with prime don't make sense, anyone else experiencing this now?
... they shouldn't take 5 days to send it out when other places have it right away in the same area. I'm not trying to complain, just trying to make sense of it, and of course I tried to get an answer from Amazon and got nowhere.

Does auto insurance always go up when you make a claim, even if it's small?
