Can I return old unused license plates to the Ministry Office?
My dad is old, so while cleaning up his garage we found a bunch of old license plates. These are 20+ years old, my dad has no idea why he kept them but is trying to not be a horder anymore, Can I take them back to the MTO office? whats the worst that can happen if we hang on to them and one of them ...

Has anybody ever filed a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services over bad reno work?
