i have a 30year TD mortgage but ramped up my prepayments so it appars that i can pay off the mortgage in 20 years. i do have a 3 year fixed mortgage with td.Now, it appears that i was bit too aggressive in my payment plan. can i change it so i can pay it off in 25 years instead of 20?
