My tenant contract ends on Dec 1st. He told me today he is moving out in the end of October and if I want to rent it for November 1st will be ok with him. In this case should I keep the damage deposit? Because it sounds like he won't pay the rent for November.

What are some options to moving out of Investors Group?

We have rented a company-owned condo for about 5 years (Ontario). Now we are going to move to a bigger unit, and the management wants us to pay the cost of repairs.
