Did anyone else challenge their property assessment?I was successful but only got them to lower it by $12k :-(Now I'm not sure what they mean by this but the reason for adjustment they listed "nuisance adjustment".Are they saying I'm a nuisance? ;-)

I just got an MPAC letter estimated my condo $20K more than the actual price I just paid in August. Is that a good reason to appeal or MPAC does not look at individual transaction, but estimate was based on average price of similar condos
