I have an OSAP loan from 2001 which has been in Default since 2006. Should I pay it!
... and now when I moved back to Ontario and my wife applied for the Child Tax Benefits for our 3 year old daughter, I got a letter from CRA to call NCO Financial and today I got a call from NCO to call them back. Should I pay it. If yes can it be negotiated?? I am not sure where I stand credit wise ...
