What's normal for an Ontario hospital job?

Is it normal to be charged GST/PST on pre-discounted amount of the Cell Phone bill?

Is it normal for a house to make creaking/clicking noises during high wind?
... wood creaking. I don't mind the noise if it's just noise... But obviously I need to get it fixed if it's affecting structural integrity. Is it normal for a house to make noises during high wind? I know houses, buildings, etc are designed to flex a bit, but is the wood creaking noise normal?

Hey RFD,I got a notice in the mail that I’m due for my pap, called my family doc & they booked it for 3.5 months from now?!Is this the new norm?He’s also still not doing in person visits. I thought the CPSO advised for in-person care to resume?

Is it normal for a drip irrigation sprinkler to only cover the outside of the circle?

Bosch Gas cooktop after one month ? Normal or what (Pic)
