I am renting out my investment property at 50% of market price
So I had to lower the rent by quite a bit during covid and it has been staying pretty low compared to the market price. What can I do to bring the rent back to a reasonable level without selling the unit? Based on my research there is not much I can do except for using form N12 and letting my parent...
