Contacted European Auto Body / 427 Collision to get a quote per RFD. Won't paint a part without me allowing to blend in?

Waiting for months for Jeep/Chrysler touch up paint for my 2019 Jeep! Help!
Hi all,Any recommendations where I can get touch up paint for my 2019 Cherokee. I ordered it from the dealer months ago, Stopped by today and they said MAYBE by December. Crazy!! They said find some place that will match it any give you a pen.Any recommendations in the GTA? or online?
