I recently picked up a vehicle through a private sale and the vehicle has no front plate holder. I'm trying to decide whether to drill a hole in the bumper and have the plate be centered or to attach a holder to the tow hook, which would make it off-center. Just wondering how people feel about the o...

Watched some assembly videos but still not clear on what is the right procedure to place the weight stack. I see some marked with X, Y and Z. Should the Flat side be visible on top & sticker/cut part inside machine or Flat side bottom (meaning those X or Y or Z marks appear on top)?

Hi all. I'm at my wits end here trying to convince my wife that a treadmill on the second floor of a 1975 townhome is a nightmare waiting to happen. She wants it in the spare bedroom as I recently made a home theater room out of the basement, and can't house it in the basement as it's only 153 sqft....

I got this gorgeous cement bench that I'm hoping to place in my flower garden. I'm wondering if there would be any issue with placing the bench right into garden/soil (after clearing and levelling it)? I placed flagstone a few years back and they haven't moved but obviously the bench will be much he...

Spotted this little red squirrel on the roof going in/out of the attic. There's a hole at the top corner where the stucco meets the soffit and shingles (pretty much where the squirrel is). Apparently the existing flashing doesn't go all the way to the top and the little guy has been able to get in. ...

Hey everyone, I am unsure of how many lights to put in each room and what placements for each. I obviously don’t want to overly do pot lights and keep it minimal. If anyone has done pot lights and has feedback/advice on placement please share your thoughts.

Hi All, We are going to be doing some renos that will mean we'll have to take down and reinstall our kitchen. So wanted to take the opportunity and try to figure out a place for the microwave. I ran cat 6 cable to all 3 levels (upstairs, main, basement) of my 2,800 sq ft home, centrally located on the ceiling of each floor, with the intent of installing WAPs at each location... wondering if installing WAPs at all 3 may be overkill and if I can just stick with 2, to save some money. I curr...

Can anyone recommend a pot light strategy for a basement room, 13.5 x 8.7 feet, 7.5 high ceiling, with one end of the 13.5 length being blocked by a pipe from 2.2 to 3.5 feet from the wall? I read I should divide the height in half for the distance between lights, so that leaves about 3.7 feet betwe...

I had ample time to constantly learn and update my skills so it is not that my skil...
