Need help with Sirloin pot roast

Enameled cast iron pot question
I have this old heritage (sears!) cast iron pot and for some reason can’t get it back to perfect clean. I’ve tried all the methods (baking soda/vinegar, bleach) but can’t seem to fix it. Anyone know from the pic whether the enamel is damaged or some other way or cleaning it?

Recommendation for Pot light Brands (insulation rated)

Suggestion for smooth ceiling and pot light contractor?
Hi RFD,Looking to get my second floor done which is hallway and 4 rooms. Removing popcorn, plaster, and painted. Any suggestion for contractor ? I think it’s about 800 sqft work What’s the rough cost of getting the smooth ceiling ? Also want install pit light as well

Looks to be about 15-20 dollars normally for 1 or about 40 for 2 so this seems like a good deal. Likely over priced due to the all-clad name, but it looks quality and has great reviews. Not my preferred colour, but good enough to use for myself and to give another as a gift.
