Extra Listing lease fee charged by realtor for a rental
Hi ,I am a landlord and rented my house few months back .The cheque I received from other realtor(one who was working with renters) was about 140$ less than half month rent (his share).When I contacted them , they mentioned that a listing lease fee of 125+HST was added by them.Is it normal ?

Selling and buying with same realtor
... The agent will be selling and listing our house. Once sold, we also need to look for another house to buy. We’re considering using the same realtor and represent us as a buyers agent. Is there a way to negotiate commission fee since we’re giving him business both buying and selling?

Do homes relist on realtor automatically?
A question for the realtors amongst. If say a property is for sale and the sale doesn’t close by a certain date, does the ad automatically relist on realtor? Or does it physically need input from the realtor to be relisted.
