    I own a townhouse condo in Oakville. My tenant will be moving out at the end of November. I want to sell the unit, however I am not sure if I should try and sell it now privately, or use a realtor and try to get a higher price during the typical peak price season (spring)?

    I am looking to lease out commercial space I own in Toronto. The agent representing me, the landlord, wants 8% commission on the first year's lease (net square footage rate) and then 4% for each subsequent year. Seems expensive, no?

    Wondering if a house sits unsold, does a realtor have the ability to see past offers and what those offers were? If not, can they at least see if any offers were made at all?
