2021 Escalades - reprogramming DRL with remediated DRL recall

Mid '00s Toyota P/U frame rust recall fix?
My wife's nephew has a mid '00s Toyota Tacoma crew cab P/U truck and it appears he got a recall card n the mail from Toyota. Seems the Dana -supplied frame has a bad rusting issue. Just wondering what the Toyota resolution is for this?
