I dont know if anyone noticed that there are many houses just sitting on the rental market and not moving at all. when people talk about supply issues, they forget there are many rental properties out there and still vacant.

Prices of condos in Toronto don't seem to in line with rental market. Put my place at 20% discount that I was renting pre covid. Apparently that's not enough. I think I will have to reduce it by 40% for anyone to make an offer. If you are a "landlord" ...

I’m looking to purchase a 3 bed 1 bath home, 20 minutes north of north bay, on leased land. It’s right on lake nippising. I’d like some feedback from anyone on what the rental market is like for a property that’s not in town. We want to rent it until we retire then move there once we are ready.
