Flares on Montreal roads
Occasionally, I find some very small flares on the highway, doesn't seem like it's for any purpose, just placed in the middle of the road, what gives? Never seen this in Toronto, only Montreal.

awful Montreal roads
It's like I'm doing offroading, absolutely unacceptable in a 1st world country...how do ppl w/ nice cars survive? ....was it always like this and how much $$$$$$$$$$$ do you think it'll take to revamp all the bad roads? Will they ever fix this nasty prb? /rant

any scenic roads around the Markham area?
I'm looking for scenic roads around the Markham area. It can be in Aurora, Newmarket, Oshawa, Richmond Hill and etc. Any areas where you get a good view of the city from above? Not really looking for wooded areas with lots of trees. Thanks!

"Best car" to withstand roads and weather in canada
what is the best car to withstand endless potholes...cold and salt in winter and hot weather in summer. i noticed toyotas have thin, plastic looking painted seals around the wheel well where the sheet metal ends. This must prevent rust. Paint quality probably helps too. Not sure what else. ..is one ...
