Sewage Smell when Running Washing Machine

snowblower running rough
I have an arians compact 24 snowblower. Since last year it has been running rough and I also have to lift the front of it and drop onto the driveway hard to get it going and actually throw snow into the air. 3 years old. I changed the spark plug. Anyone having this same issue? Fix?
