Spike Seasoning Information, Please
A recipe calls for Spike seasoning. I have never heard of it. Googled and it is made in 1925, no salt or MSG.Anyone have experience. Would like a taste profile before I buy.I have used Mrs. Dash in the past and was not impressed.Thanks

Seasoning carbon steel wok issue, sticker residue
I took off the sticker and gave a good scrub with dawn and a green scrubby. Didn't feel any residue with my fingers but once I started seasoning I can see this mark left by the sticker. That spot did change color a bit but obviously not evenly with the rest. What do I do now? Do I have the ...
