A few months ago I replaced the passenger headlight. Yesterday I noticed the drivers side was out so I replaced the bulb this morning. Even with a brand new bulb the light isn’t working. Is there anything else I can do before calling the shop for an appointment?

Our winter tires need to come off and we need a new set of all season tires on our van. We have a separate rim and tire for winter and “summer”. My knowledge of cars/tires is limited. We do mostly city driving. Could you recommend a good (not top of the line) all season tire to get.Thanks.
