Wind Mobile signal fluctuations: Is this normal?
Hello fellow RFD'ers! Ever since I switched to Wind from Mobilicity a few months ago, I've been experiencing constant signal fluctuations at home. I'll be in my basement and I'll have 2 bars on my Galaxy Nexus, then 20 seconds later I'll have "no service" (I disabled roaming). ...
