Signing out of Google Account turns off Safe Search?
I set up a children account for my daughter. I turned on Safe Search and locked it. However I realized that she can just sign out of her account and Safe Search is no longer locked.Is there a way to remove her ability to sign out of her Google accountThank you.

Order of signing a lease for rental property?
Is this the ideal standard order for signing a new tenant?1. Agree to lease2. LL sends unsigned copy of lease to tenants3. Tenants sign lease4. Tenants send LL First and Last month’s rent5. LL signs lease. If full deposit doesn’t arrive in, say, 24 hours, LL can move along?Cheers

Is there a cheaper way to have clients easily sign documents online? DocuSign is good but too expensive. Explaining they can add their signature to a pdf is too complicated..some just scan the one page and return.
