Got several small rust spots on roof on 2017 CX-9

Cheesecake Spots in the GTA?

Picnic and fishing spots near gta?
Looking for a nice park to have a picnic and maybe do some fishing (of course when weather permits) . Don’t driving 1-1.5 hrs out of Toronto .I have family coming over in the summer and want to plan some trips and I’m just a city slicker so I don’t know any good places to go. Thanks

Herb plant leaves wilting and turning brown/black spots

Wet spots on brick indicative of water penetration?
This house is built in 1988. Second floor is siding which is original. The walls on the south and north walls appear to have large wet spots as per the photos. Is this an indication of water getting underneath the siding and penetrating in to the brick? Also the mortar joints in the ”wet” ...
