Block YouTube on Optik STB

Which TV's have a built in store that supports apps for STB Emulation
I have seen my dads newer LG run an app store. I'm not sure if its android based or what, but it had stb emulators in it. Does anyone know what this implementation is called? Is it WebOS? Is it Android TV Integration?Anyone know what other TV's support this sort of thing?
