Can the steering wheel be slightly off even after an alignment?

Seeking Genuine Leather Steering Wheel Cover
I need help finding a good steering wheel cover. Does anyone know of a genuine leather steering wheel cover? Not the one you have to sew on. Or maybe a silicone one that does not smell? I find the ones I saw at Canadian Tire smell of fake leather. I am sensitive to chemical smells.
