[Walmart] Oster stick blender $18.98

Opinions on this Oster stick blender ? Is this a pretty good price?Do most stick blenders work pretty much as good as any other? I've never owned or used one before, but need one for making soap... yes, soap. Are some a lot better than others? If this one isn't any good, what should I look for?
