I read the government will provide 10% subsidy for payroll for 3 months by reducing payroll tax remittance. Does this include employee shareholders? Does this start in April (pay period starting in April)?

[Bell Mobility] End of Smartphone level hardware subsidy
I was exploring Bell's pricing @ Wireless Wave's website. I just noticed that the Smartphone level no longer carries any hardware subsidy. It has phones priced at the No Term Contract rate. However Voice & Text plans still offer a $150 hardware subsidy. Your opinions?

Can I get daycare subsidy when I am on parental leave?
Hi, I'm applying for daycare subsidy for my first child and will have an interview at the end of this month. I'm also pregnant and due in next Feb. Can I still can get the daycare subsidy if my hubby take the parental leave for EI? I'm in school right now.

cheapest phone plan that still provides subsidy
... wind plan that works perfectly for me. But even the cheapest model works out to $1000 with taxes included. OTOH, all contracts offer a ~$500 subsidy or so, but then I have to get plan that's $80, so I would end up paying $60 more every month for the plan. $60 * 24 = $1440. I'm at a loss here, ...

Iphone 7 cheaper via carryer subsidy or direct from Apple
I'm currently on the 7gb $62 plan with rogers less 30% corporate discount (QC). I have a secondary line for $45 a month. My wife (secondary line) needs a new phone and likes iPhones for some reason. Would it be cheaper to get the phone unlocked from Apple or get it from Rogers?
