Mortgage investing or Mortgage syndicate investing
Hi anyone here ever invest in mortgages (i.e. provided mortgages) or invested with Mortgage companies? Many of these mortgage companies provide a fund that represents numerous mortgages.Just wondering if anyone has done this and how safe it is.Thanks
