BA II PLUS problem with amort function not giving correct balance
Anyone here familiar with this function? Im following every step here but my calculator keeps giving me different balances when P2=60 http://epsstore.ti.com/OA_HTML/csksxvm.jsp?nSetId=68994 This should be the BAL = 141,197.64 according to the website, but im getting 149, xxx.xxx instead of 141, xxx....

Question about BA II Plus calculator (texas instruments)
I'm fairly new using this calculator... Does anyone know how to solve (1+x)^4 = 1.0806 using the BA II calculator? I have to write an exam in a few months and this is the only calculator that is allowed to be used during the exam. I can solve this equation using one of my other calculators very easi...
