Is Wyze cameras still the best bang for you buck?

Who is offering the best mobile Internet service?
In case this is still a thing, what provider is offering the best truly unlimited mobile Internet plan (I am in Montreal, QC)?In spite of a sizeable cell data plan, I cannot use it as a hotspot on my laptop all the time — I'll burn through my data in a week (and that being careful).
