local store sells these tiles that i like, but HD has the same tile but different brand. both are ceramic. local is $6/sqft vs homedepots $1.33 sqft.any pros and cons from buying from local vs HD other then price?

As per title, some tiles are broken. Is it even possible to find and buy new matching replacement ceramic tiles to replace them?If not, i guess patching it up or replacing the entire flooring would be the only option?

Question to professional bathroom installers:Is it true that the cost to install or labor requirement is varied between 12x24 tiles vs 24x24 tiles? My contractor is telling me that I will pay more if I go with 24x24 tiles. I supply my own tiles.
