For property tax purpose, is townhouse in the multi residential class?I couldn't understand the law http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/regs/english/elaws_regs_980282_e.htm#BK5 Generally the tax rate for multi residential class is doubled. Only apartment and condo are multi residential?
