Need advice- tub or no tub in bathroom remodel...
Hi all,Wife and I will be remodeling the main bathroom. She wants a shower only. We plan on living here for some time yet, but my concern is the resale value of a house without a tub in the bathroom. Thoughts?

tub / shower remodel - tub making creaking sounds?
