Hisense TV Stopped Working - Any Notable Repair Shops?

1.5 year old 75" QLED Hisense TV with burn-in image
Purchases my TV from Costco about a year and a half ago and purchased the extra 3 years protection plan. The TV screen, when blank or showing a dark scene/image displays a red burned in image. It's obviously a red burned in image. What should I do? Is burn-in covered by the Protection plan?Thanks
