  • replacing toilet fill valve

    Our fill valve in the tank sometime fill sometime not. I think it's time to replace the new one. However, I am having trouble accessing the part at the bottom of the tank. It's a one hidden and there is not much space to work with. any idea I can try ? TIA

    Hi I ordered a new Hot Water Tank from Enercare. They recommended I also purchase a mixing valve ($150 extra) to be added - it prevents scalding water coming out of my hot water taps due to the tank.Is this worthwhile getting? For that price of $150? Thanks in advance
