Transfer of Vehicle between Family (Ontario).
I understand the Ministry allows one free transfer between qualified family members per year. Then for subsequent transfers within the year, I am assuming I will be paying HST but how is it calculated? Can the transfer be As Is without safety done?Thanks!

My Honda Odyssey battery died and someone recommended NOCO Genius GB40 booster.
