Concrete side walk issue
Hi everyone. We are closing on the property soon and have this issue with the concrete side walk. It seems to be sinking toward the house. Has anyone gotten something like this fixed? I was told best bet would be to lift this and the re pave it. It's about 10x35 ft. Any advice would help.

Cracks in Concrete and Walk Up Basement Wall
Hello,I'm getting cracks in the steps of my walk up basement and also a large crack on the wall beside the door. Does anyone have an idea of how to fix this? I'm assuming the large crack is due to water?Thanks!

Waterloo - Wonders of Winter walk through light festival. Until Jan 1

Dog attacked family member while she was just out for evening walk
It came running out not on a leash and bit her while she was just walking on the sidewalk. Had to take her to the hospital for stitches. Made a post on a community app and it turns out this dog has a history. Can we take legal action for pain/suffering? Can we have the dog put down ?
