The deposit for the transaction is currently deposited in the real estate agency's trust account.If the unfornate situation happens, does the seller automatically get the deposit?

Is there way to give up deposit and walk away from a pre-construction
I saw many people walk away from from the real estate purchaseIs there anyone having experience in walk away from new house purchase from builder? If you lose all the deposit, is there any other legal obligation?

GTA house Price decline -Options to walk out -help

Is this negative equity or walk away from loan?
... dealer offered them 12k on trade in. But in end paid full price of new vehicle minus taxes on the 12 k trade in. So in essence did my neighbour walk out of a car loan scott free( basically paid 2 years to drive car and has nothing to show for payments )? Or is this considered negative equity?

Baby is now 1.5 Years he still not able to stand up
