Hi , I have a washing machine that is leaking. I opened it from the top to find a leak , I am assuming its a part that sits or controls the hot water intake pipe. Looking to have a stacked washer and dryer added to the main floor of the home. Basement is unfinished. Any idea of a ballpark price for all the electrical, water, venting? Does the venting need to be on an outside wall?
