I have a financial planner and already have a sound retirement plan but I tried 4 retirement calculators (Sunlife, Scotia, TD and Government of Canada) just for the fun of it. According to all (except one which asked almost no questions) of them I"m on track, which wasn't surprising but was surprisi...

I have been working on a commission model that makes sense in a hot market like Toronto, where (1) the prices are relatively high and (2) properties generally sell quickly. Assuming the client wants a full-service experience (which is most people). Here are my ideas. As for the listing commission. I...

I've read in the past that people seem to think Anker is of better quality than Aukey? Has that changed? What do you guys think of this charger? For me, I think it could be the best of both worlds: -my current phone has QC 3.0 -It's very likely that a future device, I own will need USB-C with PD. An...

Too bad there is some cutting corners like the rear torsion beam on the FWD A Class. Overall the strategy the Germans are taking makes sense -- throw a lot of premium features on entry or near entry vehicles especially when brand cachet is on the top of many buyers' purchasing decision / checklists....

I recall having read Class 3 for bulk Toyota or Honda and Class 4 for the bestest of the best. I visited my mom this weekend and had parked on the street. The neighbour backed out of his driveway and ended up hitting my car. I was inside my mom's house but my brother who was washing his car on my mom's driveway heard the car hit and ran inside to get me. When I got outside, the neighbour had ...

Hey guys, Looking at a couple of scenarios of 24 month leases. Honda has 0.99%. These seem like really good potential values for me as I am self-employed and claim about 70% of my car expenses. Obviously I can take them down more with Unhaggle. I have no experience leasing so could use extra eyes. H...

Hey guys! So I have this potential tenant that visited my condo and is very interested and is ready to sign a 1 year lease. The backyard has been cleaned up and cedar hedges planted to eventually block the condos I presume. Window...
