Controlling Win 10 Data Usage on low bandwidth connections (aka - SHUTUP WINDOWS 10!)
I can't seem to get a handle on windows 10 saturating my connection every time it has an internet connection, looking for ideas/suggestions. Things I've already tried: Setting the connection to metered - Doesn't seem to make much of a difference, even if I set the registry values for all connections...
