contributing and withdraw from TSFA account in the same year
I have 2 TFSA accounts1. Investment account2. Savings account.If my TFSA contributing limit for 2020 is $15,000. I withdraw 10,000 from my savings account, and put 25,000 into my investment account. Will this cause over-contribution?

Why is HSBC 5 year Fixed so low? Anything to be cautious of?
Just looking at rates on ratehub and HSBC seems to offer 2.49% for a 5- year fixed mortgage term. And TD is offering at 3.19% almost a whooping 0.75% more. Anybody with HSBC for their mortgage term and having no issue with it?
